Who can kill a children

A bad Mexican movie (like 50% of the cinema in that country) that pretends to play in the big leagues of suspense and crime movies. The work is mediocre starting from the point of sexual tension of the two protagonists. Despite that, Julissa, in a bathing suit and wet, is more than enough if you see her for the first time. I do not want to imagine the reaction of the public in rooms in its time.
