The overall score for "The Jerry Builders" ("Neat and Tidy") is 2.2...a pathetically low score which would seem to indicate the short film is garbage. Sadly, after watching it, I thought that the film MIGHT even be a tad over-rated!! Yes, it's THAT bad.
The story begins with some singing...a bad sign considering it's supposed to be a comedy. The story, essentially, is that newlyweds want to have a new home but the idiots building it are, well, idiots...and never get it done.
There are a few slapstick moments (such as the wallpapering bit) that ALMOST are funny....and these are the best "The Jerry Builders" has to offer. Painfully unfunny and I have no idea who thought this thing was worth making.
