    must-see weirdness!!

This show just started airing on The Comedy Network in Canada... I caught it last night by chance, and it was definitely the funniest and weirdest half-hour of television I've ever seen!! It was great, definitely worth checking out if you have a dark/twisted/unusual sense of humour. If the idea of four homicidal puppets living in a halfway house with a clueless social worker isn't a big enough selling point for you, the puppets swearing, having sex, and removing people's testicles should entice you to tune in. Check it out, Fridays at 10 pm on Comedy - it'll be the most original and hilarious thing you'll see in ages. Although you'll never look at dolls and puppets the same way again... I always knew they were evil.

    This show is awesome!!!!!!

This is the best and most original show i have seen ever in my life. Dan the main character and actor is the best and perfect for the roll he is playing and the puppets are all real funny and believable as characters in this show. The stories are all good but some of the guests are not very good actors but that's okay because they have great plot lines that push boundaries and some good guests to like Eugene Levy from S.C.T.V. I love this show and can't wait to see new episodes, it should be on for ever!!!!!!

I give this show 9 out of 10 stars because it only loses 1 star for lower production values and budget and because of the guest show sometimes aren't that good.

    Excellent dark comedy

Well, I had to make a comment on this excellent show given the few that are here. It's a dark comedy starring Dan, proprietor of a halfway house and the puppets, all of which have done unpleasant things. Acting is very good. Puppets are played straight up... hard smoking, hard drinking, hard talking stuffed animals. The writing is excellent, touching and trying typical social boundaries in the first part of each episode and then riding on the chaos that ensues... usually with a sexy temptress along the way. No punches are pulled, but that does not leave me with a feeling of being insulted. If anything, challenged, awestruck and crying with laughter. Like any good puppet show, the puppets get away with much more than any human would and there is much to learn and laugh at in the experience. They're still making them as of March 2005, airing on weekends on the Comedy Network (Canada). Highly recommended and a welcome alternative to the mostly toned down comedy on the other Canadian networks.

    Absolutely hilarious

Four puppets with severe behavioural problems are under the guidance of a social worker in a halfway house but wreak havoc on their leader, their neighbour, and the community and cause trouble within the group home. The 13 episode show is in its first season and airing on The Comedy Network. Hilarious half hour comedy complete with bloopers and behind-the-scenes footage during the credits roll. Though this series has been compared to the US cancelled series "Greg The Bunny", Puppets Who Kill airs exclusively on Canadian TV and not likely to appear in future syndication. Want to see what these little monsters can do to the staff at the CBC? Tune into the episode "Dan's Umbrella". But there's lots more. Hopefully they'll return for a second season.

    Bad (but funny) Puppets

This is a really fun comedy with a really original idea behind it and definitely a very unique concept as well.... it is a half way house for criminal puppets run by a (human) man who is selfish but kind of a pushover.

The show is funny but meant for adults or 18+ audiences only, because these are not your typical puppets, some of them are hard core perverts and sexual deviates (there are a lot of sexual scenes and jokes) and some of them are cold blooded killers who have no problem with murdering people.

It's too bad this show is not still being made because it had real promise and was very funny.
