The upcoming Netflix limited drama series “The Beast in Me” has added four new cast members, Variety has learned.

Chicago Med will welcome two new doctors into the fold when the NBC drama returns for a tenth season this September. The Bear's Sarah Ramos and Road House's Darren Barnet have joined the fan-favorite One Chicago series.

According to Deadline, Ramos will play Dr. Caitlin Lenox, an Ed Attending poised to get Gaffney Medical into shape, while Barnet will portray Dr. John Frost, a pediatric resident who is harboring a secret. Both will be series regulars. The duo's addition to the Chicago Med Season 10 cast comes just over a month after it was reported that Dominic Rains was departing the series after five seasons. Munsell replaces Kellen Enriquez, who has played the son of Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Tara Locke since May 2021.

Enriquez appeared for the final time in the role during the Wednesday, March 20 episode, a standalone episode of the daytime drama series in which Claire (Hayley Erin) imagines what life would have been like had she never been separated from the Newman family.

Unfortunately, we have very sad news to share today, as it has been confirmed that Spellos has passed away at age 69 after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

Born on March 1, 1954, Spellos passed away yesterday, November 19th, at the Franciscan Hospice House in Indianapolis. His brother, James Spellos, notified TMZ that his family is planning an online “celebration of life” gathering for his fans.

Per TMZ, Spellos died on Sunday morning at Franciscan Hospice House in Indianapolis, Indiana, as confirmed by Jennifer Smith, a friend and acting student. According to Smith, Spellos had been receiving care at the facility as his health deteriorated due to complications from pancreatic cancer, adding, "He was loved and cared for and surrounded by people during his final days." Spellos' brother, James Spellos, clarified that the family is planning an online celebraiton of life for the performer following his cremation. He was 69 years old.

Mike Batayeh, who portrayed the laundromat manager Dennis Markowski in Breaking Bad and performed comedy sets around the world, has died. He was 52.

The actor died June 1 of a massive heart attack, his family told The Hollywood Reporter.

“It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that my sisters and I announce the passing of our dear brother,” his family wrote in a statement posted to Facebook. “He will be greatly missed by those who loved him and his great ability to bring laughter and joy to so many.”

Batayeh is perhaps best known for his work on Breaking Bad, in which he played the manager of the Lavandería Brillante laundromat. The company served as Gus Fring’s (Giancarlo Esposito) cover for the huge meth lab that Walt (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse (Aaron Paul) used when they worked for the Pollos Hermanos owner/drug kingpin. Batayeh died June 1 in his sleep of a heart attack at his Michigan home, his family said in a statement.

“It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that my sisters and I announce the passing of our dear brother,” his family said. “He will be greatly missed by those who loved him and his great ability to bring laughter and joy to so many.”

In three episodes of the Emmy-winning Breaking Bad, Batayeh played Dennis Markowski, manager of the Lavandería Brillante industrial laundromat that served as a cover for Gus Fring’s (Giancarlo Esposito) giant meth lab. Markowski wound up meeting a fiery end in prison.

Brittany Snow is opening up about one of the “hardest mental health challenges” she has faced in the past year and how she has relied on her friends for support.

Although Snow doesn’t reveal too many details, the American Dreams alum filed for divorce in January of this year from husband of two years Tyler Stanaland. The couple had announced they were separated four months prior amid drama stemming from the Netflix reality series Selling the Oc.

“In the past year I went through probably the hardest mental health challenge I’ve ever faced. In one day, in a matter of hours, my life turned completely upside down,” Snow told Bustle. “I was blindsided and every thing I thought I knew, held sacred and truly trusted in my life was completely different.”

Snow continued, “A couple days later my grandmother passed away and I think every thing I knew about mental health was tested.

HBO Max is developing a dramedy about a murder trial that boasts Bill Lawrence among its executive producers, Variety has learned exclusively.

Titled “12 Rocks in a Box,” the series centers on Suzannah Weaver, who is described as “a self-described ‘Murderista’ obsessed with true crime.”

Per the official logline, Suzannah is “thrilled to find herself on a jury for a high-profile Las Vegas murder trial. But Suzannah soon begins to suspect that not all is as it seems with this case, and a DIY investigation leads her to believe that the killer may indeed be in the courtroom every day…and it isn’t the man on trial.”

Todd Berger will write and executive produce the project, with Sherri Cooper Landsman and Jennifer Levin also executive producing. Bill Lawrence, Jeff Ingold, and Liza Katzer of Doozer Productions will also executive produce. Warner Bros. Television will produce, with Doozer currently under an overall deal at the studio.

Sad news out of the TV world today as it has been revealed that John Aniston died Friday.

Aniston, best known for playing Days of Our Lives' Victor Kiriakis, was 89.

Jennifer Aniston, John's daughter, revealed the news on Instagram Monday morning.

“You were one of the most beautiful humans I ever knew. I am so grateful that you went soaring into the heavens in peace — and without pain,” the Friends alum wrote.

“And on 11/11 no less! You always had perfect timing," the statement adds.

John Aniston, who starred as Victor Kiriakis in nearly 3,000 episodes of “Days of Our Lives,” died on Friday, Nov. 11. He was 89.

The Greek-born, Emmy-nominated actor was a staple on the NBC soap opera for over 30 years, also appearing on daytime serials “Love of Life” and “Search for Tomorrow.”

In 2022, Aniston received a Daytime Emmy Lifetime Achievement Award for his work on “Days of Our Lives.” In 1986, the role earned him two Soap Opera Digest Awards — for outstanding actor in a leading role and for outstanding villain on a daytime serial.

He was also the father of Jennifer Aniston, who wrote on Instagram Monday morning, “Sweet papa…⁣ John Anthony Aniston. You were one of the most beautiful humans I ever knew. John Aniston, the veteran soap actor best known in the daytime world for his long-running role of Victor Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives, and, in his personal life as the father of TV superstar Jennifer Aniston, died Nov. 11. He was 89.

A cause of death has not been released.
