It is by far my favourite romantic comedy with a heartfelt message for those who have lost their loved ones and is going through grieving...
Just want to do it a little of justice here, since the movie was made for local Cantonese audience, it's likely that some jokes are lost in translations and need a little background knowledge of Chinese mythology to truly grasp some bizarre moments that is meant to make you laugh
Hope Hong Kong film industries can bring these type of movie back!!!
Without giving too much away, the movie has a slight twist at the end, though the observant audience would probably recognize it early on. The twist helps to tie the movie logically together.
Sammi gave a great performance as a newly-wed widow who transforms herself... She has trully become a magnificient performer and can hold a movie on her own shoulder.
A 9/10.
The movie begins in a graveyard with the burial of Daniel, his family and ex-girlfriend sobbing over his grave. That's when the ex-girlfriend who helped Daniel and his family build a very successful purse business learns of Daniel's quickie marriage of 7 days to May. She now gets his inheritance, and she turns out to be a smoking, drinking and lazy gold digger.
One night while drinking and driving, she smashes Daniel's car and meets Ken, a ghost, who scares her soul back into her body to continue living. After an operation, she realizes that she can now see ghosts with her left eye and Ken will not leave her alone.
I recommend this movie as light-hearted fun, and it will definitely suck you into it.
Similar Movie: Imagine Kung Fu Hustle with absolutely no kung fu. Just silliness.

- Quotes
Mrs. Tsui: You're a strong girl, Cathy. I didn't expect you to hold up.
May Ho: Grandma, my real name is May.
Susan: Daniel said your name was Cathy.
May Ho: Who knew if he was for real? I made it up.
Mrs. Tsui: Why isn't your father here? Busy in meetings?
May Ho: He could've come, but his sentence just got extended.
Mrs. Tsui: Sentence? Your father's in jail?
May Ho: Yes. For smuggling pigs.
Susan: Isn't he a diamond tycoon?
May Ho: I lied to Daniel.
Mrs. Tsui: Why?
May Ho: Because he made up stories.
Mrs. Tsui: What did he say?
May Ho: He bragged about himself. Said he represented top fashion labels, went to Stanford, came from a good family, started his own business, and won many honors.
Mrs. Tsui: That's all true.
May Ho: I didn't know, so I made up stories.
Mrs. Tsui: Did Daniel know the truth before he died?
May Ho: Yes and no. I didn't tell him everything.
