He meets a poor man Jiva who is about to die because he got cheated in some finance scam . Karthik goes to jail in place of Jiva and later comes to know that Jiva has committed suicide . Jiva's family is not able to believe that he could commit suicide and declare that its murder . Kratik takes parole for one month and with the help of journo Kanaka tries to unravel this mystery.
