Speed meets Sugarland Express

What an exciting crime thriller from Japan depicting the story of bank robbers who, after pulled the job, take bus passengers as hostages. No length in this fast paced crme flick where character study is not forgotten. I thought a little about Larry Peerce's THE INCIDENT, the tale of two punks taking a subway train as hostages also with the character study of the passengers aboard. That's definitely not a yakuza flick. Lots of car stunts and chases. Remy Julienne would have loved it.
