When Gruzzlebeard steals the toy machine in an attempt to stop toy production and it accidentally gets smashed. Though it is salvageable, the pearl that powers it, breaks on exposure to sunlight. Santa, Balbo, Guilfi and Thoren head to the cave where they first found the pearl to find another. However, they are opposed by a giant Abominable Snowman and a monster bat. With luck and cunning, they are able to find the pearl and get it back to a repaired toy machine.

Every 100 years, Santa Claus has to pass a test to make sure he's still up to delivering toys to the children of the world. He has to accomplish '12 labors', under the watchful gaze of the men from the ISCC (International Santa Claus Commission). It's a perfect opportunity for Grizzlebeard to get rid of Santa Claus...

Thoren's computer shows that none of the children of Sugartown are due for presents this year. Santa Claus and the elves are surprised by this computer malfunction. They decide to go and investigate. They discover that two mischievous kids have hacked into the 'Santanet'!

Little Morgan has asked Santa for a magic wand! Santa, of course, flatly refuses to give her such a dangerous present. But Grizzlebeard has overheard, and decides to give it to her himself. Two children have asked for a book on the world of Elves. It's a subject close to our elf-heroes' hearts. They decide to make a special effort and produce an animated book in 3D. But a laser beamed in from Grizzlebeard's house disrupts the toy machine. The terrible devastator trolls burst out and smash up the factory! How is Santa Claus going to get rid of them?

Dudley - Grizzlebeard's sidekick and all-purpose scapegoat - secretly asks Santa Claus for a present - he wants a robot replica so he can take a vacation. The elves take pity on him. They build the robot and take it to Grizzlebeard's house. But Dudley's replacement goes crazy and wreaks havoc in the village...

Our heroes have traveled forward to the year 2222. No one celebrates Christmas anymore, and all the children have to follow Grizzlebeard's orders! How are Santa and the elves going to re-establish the Christmas tradition? And how are they going to get back to their own time?

Kinshi asks Santa Claus for a magic growing potion, as she's too small to play in her school basketball team. The elves are moved by her story. They ignore Santa's instructions and give her the magic potion. But they get the dosage wrong. Kinshi turns into a giant, wreaking havoc all around...

The elves are annoyed about Balbo's constant clumsiness. They temporarily ban him from the factory. So Balbo decides to give himself as a present to little Julio, who's asked for a life-size teddy bear for Christmas. Our heroes set off after him...

There haven't been any letters at the factory for several days. On inquiry, the village post office explains that Santa Claus himself asked for his mail to be sent to another address. A false Santa Claus has been intercepting the children's letters and robbing toy shops. Will Santa Claus be able to unmask him?

Grizzlebeard sprinkles a magic powder over Santa's workshop to disrupt his toy delivery. The powder brings all the toys to life. They decide to go and explore the outside world. Will Santa manage to get his toys back?

As soon as they get back to the present, Santa and his elves go back to delivering presents. Just as they're visiting the last houses in the last town, Grizzlebeard smashes the Great Clock and time starts up again! But three children in remote parts of the world haven't had their presents yet: will the time difference be big enough for Santa to complete his mission before they wake up?
