Más bien

I have had the privilege of watching Mas bien a number of times, and each time I am left feeling amazed and equally bewildered. The movie is filled with surprises, and the writing is both profound as well as self-aware and funny. There exists a level of comedy in this film that I found continuously refreshing, and a level of cinematography that sometimes verges into the Avant-garde. Overall Mas bien is an interesting journey into a particular storyline of intertwining characters, surprising twists, and the overarching existentialism presented throughout the narrative. I highly recommend any student of film to watch this movie.

Mas Bien (or + bien) is a great musical of a movie thanks to Gustavo Cerati's musical score. He also stars in the movie. It appears as though the movie is only a vehicle to promote his music but frankly it's a very entertaining and original film. I recommend you to watch it.
