It was decent except for SATOMI OKAWA

I cannot believe I uttered the cursed name of the devil himself, but here we are. Satomi freaking Okawa is the (fictional) man who RUINED this otherwise decent show.

Overall, Aishite Knight was pretty good. It was definitely cringe worthy at times, used some of the stupidest love triangle tropes imaginable, and had characters make decisions so dumb I wanted to throw my phone out of a window... but it also had moments that were wholesome and fun, interesting characters, great worldbuilding, and cute romance moments.

But SATOMI. SATOMI OKAWA RUINED IT. HES THIS ONE CHARACTER WHO MANIPULATES EVERYTHING TO GO HIS WAY AND WHINES LIKE A LITTLE BABY AND EVERYONE ACTS LIKE HES A SAINT. I HATE HIM. SO FAR I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE IT PAST EPISODE 15 BECAUSE OF HIM AND I DONT KNOW IF I EVER WILL. If anyone wants to respond and let me know that he gets character development and stops being a whiny nepo-baby it would be much appreciated, as I could watch the show with a decent sense of peace. However, considering that the narrative acts like S*tomi is a sweet little angel, I'm sure that'll never happen. I cannot stand him. This isn't even related to shipping I just hate everything he does on and off screen.

Anyways, sorry, I needed to vent about my hatred for him. But if you, the viewer, enjoy rock and roll, some good ol' overdramatic shoujo anime, and are fine with the whiny tantrum throwing nepo-baby getting pardoned by the narrative and every other character (which is fine, not judging), then I'm sure you'll enjoy this show.
