    J. Keith: the perfect host

I have absolutely no idea why J. Keith was replaced by Blaine Capatch. Not only was J. geeky, cute and the right age, he also had very good hosting skills. Blaine is (or was) not cute, and rude. We got enough theatrical rudeness from the geeks themselves, which was plenty. J. neutralized the tension between the contestants and geeks. Bring the show back with J. Keith!

The only reason I still watch Comedy Central!

I love this show! The geeks are pompous enough, but the viewer can understand, after all, these geniuses are there for a reason. I also recently found out that the Movie Geek was, like me, born in Cincinnati, and in my opinion would be the toughest to beat. I wonder though, why was Blaine Capatch chosen to succeed J. Keith? Mr. Van Stratten sounded geeky (no offense, but it's true) and Mr. Capatch does not, although he is rude enough to the losers at the end of each round. Tiffany stands out as the cute one. If I become a Geek, it would be the Presidents geek. I also would probably laugh at the Geek who loses a medal to me or offer a witty comeback to a geek I'd challenge.

    very cool

sigh.....how i miss this show it was so clever and funny...gave me a reason to like watching trivia games. them and their attitude which was very funny but their broad knowledge was very impressive. bring it BACK

    superb

i love beat the geeks...when i first started watching it i thought it sucked but the geeks possess a charm that draws me to them. a few minor changes like the prizes from troma have also really enhanced the show. it's probably the only show i would like to be on. blaine capatch is the epitome of that really cute geek that you aren't supposed to like (but do) and he brings with him even more appeal. as with many other excellent and under appreciated shows- beat the geeks will most likely be canceled in the near future but hopefully comedy central will be able to produce more innovative entertainment in the vain of beet the geeks and avoid crap like win ben stein's money.

Blaine: First you have to survive the toss up round, hands over your buzzers, the first one to buzz in with the correct answer will get 10 points and the chance to go up against a geek. Now here's how the follow up works. If you beat the geek you get ten points. If he beats you, you get knocked back 5.
