      Horrible!

I just watched this horrible peace of crap with some friends. My god!! it's worse than expected!

The fact that Kurupt only plays a minor role (although the dvd cover lets you suspect something else) and that mr. Liston is giving away the worst performance in his career (as far as i have seen him in movies) make this thing pure sh*te! (not that i would have wanted to see Kurupt do more though)

The story is bad, the acting is bad, the audio on our dvd was HORRIBLE, it sounded like they recorded it in a garbage bin (including odd reverb and flange effects) and the editing looked like it was done by a 6 year old.

I don't know what more to say.. keep away from this sh*te.. far, far away!

      A pure piece of garbage!

Trash from beginning to end..........pure unadulterated trash. I hope Kurrupt doesn't have any real ideas about movies.

The lead actress and supporting actor who made the road trip with her in the movie were a'ight.

Don't even waste life on this garbage.

      Amateurish filmmaking and dumb storyline...

1st watched 6/1/2002 - 1 out of 10(Dir-Brian Cox): Amateurish filmmaking and dumb storyline are only two of the reasons why this film is bad. First of all, the lead billed star (the rapper `Korupt') has but a couple of lines and cameo's of him doing his rap thing. Do the Blockbuster people even watch the films they put on their shelves for new release? This movie deserves no attention but a major rental retailer carries it. What a waste… This movie is unfunny, boring, and cut apart with scissors by the editor. Let me see, what else? Well, at least the girl is good-looking and the lucky couple wins each other in the end and that, my friends, is the only good thing about this movie. Please skip it and ask Blockbuster to preview movies before they showcase them in the future.

      VERY VERY BORING

This movie was truly terrible. Karen is a young woman who is trying to get to L.A. to deliver an original copy of her father's (A-Train) rap recording that was stolen from the studio. Richard is a young man who she originally accused of stealing her car, but he ends up driving her to L.A. and nothing funny happens on the way. The only two white characters in the film are rapper-wannabes who talk black and stole Karen's car and are looking for a record deal themselves. I was hoping to see rapper Kurupt in the film, but he was only in the last 5-minute scene and maybe 1 or 2 shots of him rapping in the recording studio. This movie must have cost close to nothing to make, for it has nothing in it at all (literally no background music in the whole film, horrible acting and a dumb storyline).I don't know what genre this movie fits in, for even though it had a "Youth-Restricted Viewing" label on it at Blockbuster there was no violence, no sex, and close to no cursing. But forget that, this movie was horrible and a complete waste of time. The whole movie Richard and Karen are in a car driving to L.A. and they make several stops on the way. Nothing happens. AVOID THIS FILM AT ALL COSTS. Feel free to email me with any questions or comments.

      keepin it fake

I hoped it was funny, but it really wasn't. whit kurupt on the front side you think he will play the laeding part, but you only see him, one or two times, and in the beggining the rappin part, which take much too long. And A-Train cant act at all, in friday he was funny but here he really sucks. the two wanna be rappers and the big body guard have a few funny jokes, real rip offs but worth a laugh. further you really dont want to see this!!!
