    A Breakthrough PC Game!

The biggest and best game to come out of the UK, and a game that sold over 200,000 copies in just 14 days.

As stated by a PC magazine: "the most important PC game ever created"

This comment is certainly true in all areas and aspects. Created by game genius Peter Molyneux, best British game designer and creator, known for multi-million successes such as Theme Park and Dungeon Keeper.

Black & White is a MUST for PC, Dreamcast, PlayStation 2 and XBOX owners. For a game that was predicted to sell over 7 million copies across 4 platform, isn't it time you became one of those lucky people?

    The Scores:

Graphics: 95% (Looks superb on even Voodoo 3 2000's)

Audio: 90% (Music is very good and the voice acting is spot on)

Story: 95% (Very involving and deep)

Originality: 95% (Expands the genre even further)

Longevity: 100% (Possibly the biggest PC game ever)

Overall: 95% (The best PC game of all time, and the most satisfying. A MUST HAVE)

    Overrated and boring

Oh crap! I despised this game. I won't even attempt to write a fair and decent review because I couldn't stomach more than an hour of this game. First of all, why must you as a mighty God) drag yourself along by your hand to get around??? Very annoying… Then you must get your little subjects/people to do mundane tasks like fishing and fetching wood (sarcastic) Whoop! Then you get a pet which you must train. (sarcastic) Whoop Whoop! Who cares that the pet has intelligence if training it is boring. OK I'll stop before I embarrass myself further….

This game probably appealed to the type of people that enjoy reality TV shows and games like The Sims (incedently I hated that game even more). I thought I might enjoy B&W because it got good reviews and I enjoy games that test your brain power and not just how nimble you are with your trigger finger, but as I said previously – I couldn't stomach more than an hour of this crap.

    • Trivia
Has the most complex character in a computer game. The player controls a god-like character that trains an artificially intelligent giant creature. During the course of a game, the creature learns from the player and develops its own distinct personality. The size of the creature's mind increases from 6 - 7 KB up to 500 KB. This is the first time a computer game character has been programmed with such empathic learning capabilities.

      [singing]

Missionaries: We've got this notion that we'd quite like to sail the ocean, so we're building a big boat to leave here for good. We're not keen on sinking and now we're sitting here a-thinking, cos we built it too big and we've run out of wood. Eidle-eidle-ee! Eidle-eidle-ee! We simply can't leave till we get some more wood. We're not keen on skiking so we're all sitting here a-thinking cos we simply can't leave till we get some more wood.
