Friends from the UK send me this ultra low budget SOV. And it shows that it is a ultra low budget. It was one of the first flicks Gary Whitson directed. None of the actors were really actors which again is easy to see. On the VHS it is written that it contained gore, violence and nudity. When the flick was over I had to check on the credits of this was the flick they were talking about. I didn't see any violence or gore. Here and there just a drip of blood. And on the part of the nudity I can say this. Nipples being seen through shirts doesn't mean nudity. Okay, there are a few nude shots but nothing is shown. They tried to add some erotic shots by letting the vampire (Dave Castiglione) having sex with Amanda (Christine Cavalier). she do undress and takes of her bra but her hands do stay on her breasts. The sound was muted and you can see her saying something toward the director I guess just before she removes her bra. Easy to see she wasn't comfortable with it. Here and there you can see them laugh, big fun but bad editing, they should have cut that out or do a retake. On part of the camera, in the beginning he is really searching his object. Not that great work too.
Still, for people who love ultra low SOV horrors this is one to see. You keep watching and I didn't pick up the remote to move fast forward. You surely will laugh a few times, for example when the vampire comes into a room, pure editing. Look out for the cop at the end, if all coppers would where such skirts....
