Lucy was great, but her world wasn't always funny

The Funny World of Lucy (Vol 2) (1993 video) is a documentary about Lucille Ball's life after I Love Lucy. We all know that she was a brilliant comedian. However, there are facets of her life about which I knew very little.

This is a film to find and see if you love Lucy and you want to know more about her. It's not a feel-good homage to Lucy. Rather, it tells us about things that went wrong, as well as things that went right. It's a serious documentary about a show business personality who was always funny on stage, but for whom life wasn't always funny off stage.

It's a must-see movie for Lucy fans and fanatics. It will also work for people who are simply interested in knowing more about Lucy.

Incidentally, this is Volume 2 of 2. Clearly, it would make sense to watch Volume 1 first, but Volume 2 will stand on its own.
