Now working on Alex's team as his partner, Brandon and Alex work together when taking part in the Human Pinball Biathlon. Believing that Doctor X is gone for good after witnessing his death at the oil rig, Alex refuses to speak with and believe information that Coach Grey kept secret from him. Unfortunately for Alex, Doctor X had managed to succeed in downloading his AI programm into Brandon who is now a new younger version of Doctor X.

During an event at the master dome an earthquake starts damaging the dome and almost kills Fidget and Ricky when the hoops almost land on them. It's found out the earthquake was started by a mini ultrasonic wave device which can cause earthquakes and when a second one starts from a much bigger device it's down to Alex and his team to save innocent people's lives from death and destroy the device.

The AMP Factor allows Alex to see his demise. With Alex's death approaching, he resigns himself to his last minutes. What he does not know is that Tempest and Dr. X join forces and may give him the chance to live.

Tempest and Asazi join forces to steal a chemical that will freeze anything. Action Man moves into position to stop them, but Agent Diana Zervas actions allow them to get away with the chemical.

Swarm Part 2 is the second part of the Season 1 finale and see's Alex and Dr X team up to face a common foe with a surprising connection to Alex.
