The mentally challenged character played by Hrithik wears spectacles. After going through various spectacles, the ones he finally used, were the same pair that he wore as ultra modern Raj in "Kaho Na Pyaar Hai".

Goofs
The whole movie is based upon sending various sounds in space. But the fact is sound cannot travel through space. Thus the signal sent cannot reach to the aliens.

Alternate versions
The CBFC slightly cut the film to remove a few seconds of close-up shots of women wearing revealing material in the scene where Rohit dances. The footage has never been restored, and this cut version became the definitive version worldwide.

Hrithik's Back!

This is a thoroughly entertaining movie (except for the melodramatic scenes in the end) and Hrithik shines in the role of a mentally challenged boy. I have enjoyed the songs, the gravity-defying dances by Hrithik and how well Hrithik has captured the mannerisms of a mentally challenged boy. Some people might compare it to a range of Hollywood films, but let's just appreciate that a different sort of movie has been attempted and for goodness sake let's just enjoy it. This is a great family movie and a great treat presented by Rakesh Roshan.
