Poor execution of relatively a good story

A pretty ordinary film. Nothing exciting except characterization of Padma's (Mala Sinha) powerful role. She did well and got nominated for Best Actress Filmfare award in 1964 but conceded it to Nutan for Bandini. Feroz Khan plays baddy. Completely forgettable music & songs. Don't waste your time.

Later, the same story was used by Pramod Chakravorty in 1981 Jeetendra & Hema Malini starrer "Jyoti".
