    Remarquable

This is a pretty nice old movie ,a real love story,as sad as fun,a comedy full of tenderness .

With the exquisite actress Lilian Harvey,(one of the main actress of the movies of the 30's).

She plays a poor girl,a bit squared, fallen in love with the Tzar,a good-looking male,a nice guy indeed, while Maeterlinck,Henry Garat, try to make the Tzar with no power during the congress he went for. One of the most famous scene is the dancing one when Maeterlinck is alone in the desk while all are dancing even the Tzar. That's all Folks ! Thank you
