Innocuous fun

"Behind the Seams" is a mock-documentary comedy following the exploits of supermodel Casey McCan and her sardonic manager, Robin. Both Cathleen Gallagher and Nada Destovich turn in genuinely funny performances as the harried model and manager. Cameos by Cathy Kinney and Dick Cavett (as an overeducated police detective) are hilarious. Fans of "Absolutely Fabulous" will definitely appreciate this independent effort. A hard to find film, but seize any opportunity you might have to see this low budget gem.
