Pure Masala Movie of 80s

Jeene nahi Doonga have all ingrediants in it comedy romance songs action...its pure masala loud movie.. Good performances by all starcast...it was box office success in 1984...interiors liked very much...

It's such a bad film... really bad

A 5 minute plot spread over 3 hours. In the first 30 seconds you know the entire movie. There is no story line except hopeless comedy, Weird Romance, muscular men With Fancy Dress and Over Acting.

Roshni in the spotlight!!

Jeene Nahi Doonga review:

Yet another Raj Kumar Kohli multistarrer actioner; Jeene Nahi Doonga had newcomer Roshni as the lead playing an arrogant snobbish girl who is tamed in to a docile love bird by Raj Babbar wearing a hideous wig. Their tribes are forever at war with Dharmendra and Shatrughan Sinha leading them. Nevertheless, Dharam wishes bro Raj to marry Shotgun's sis Roshni. Will that ever happen?!!

Surprisingly, Anita Raj and Neeta Mehta had smaller roles than the rank newcomer Roshni. Jeene Nahi Doonga was a complete Roshni show but sadly for her, the film didn't last long at the box office and she got relegated to supporting roles soon after.. most notably, the gang raped sister in Aaj Ki Awaz (1984) again starring Raj Babbar!!

Several reports stated that Raj Kumar Kohli rediscovery Roshni (previously known as Reshmi Chauhan in Aaj Ki Awaz) behaved very badly on the sets. She kept arguing with Anita Raaj and acting high handed. Even Raj Kumar Kohli' family was against him backing her career up.
