Nice to return to reviewing the serial The Mystery of Dr. Fu Manchu with this 12th episode The Queen of Hearts

Years after stopping reviewing episodes of the silent serial The Mystery of Dr. Fu Manchu under my previous username tavm, I just decided to revive doing so starting with this one, the 12th. Renowned surgeon Sir Baldwin Frazer has disappeared so Dr. Petrie takes the search. He follows a woman named Zarmi to the place. It's at Fu Manchu's. It seems he needs them to take a bullet out of his head. If they don't, well, don't want to reveal too much to anyone reading this. I'll just say this was another dramatically satisfying episode though I would have liked to have heard a score being performed instead of complete silence. I'm now going to review the next episode on YouTube...
