Seeing this show for the first time on Swedish TV in 1988 (age 13) I thought it was funny. Another short-lived Swedish comedy on TV, then I forgot about it. Until now! Seeing it again (age 28) was a discovery to the fact that it WASN'T funny - it IS hilarious! The subtle, rather stupid, humour and the pointless skits made me laugh so hard I fell out of my chair. Angne, portrayed by Hans Crispin, plays a reporter/interviewer (most of the time) in different TV-programs (each one a skit) and Micke Dubois, Svullo, plays the 'expert'/interviewee. The skits vary from 'Sports we'd rather forget about' via 'Angnes' nature program' to 'World championship in Alcoholism'. Sometimes you can detect a script somewhere in the background, there actually was a thought to this skit!, and sometimes you definitely know they are just improvising. And again, sometimes they are not able to keep from cracking up on camera. Part of the charm of this is the total pointlessness to some of the skits. It just dies; in the middle of the skit it changes direction and just dies, which makes it even more comical.
This is really worth watching. It is the strangest, most absurd of Swedish humour. It is definitely not typical Swedish and we really need more of it! It's slapstick humour to the point of being hilarious.
This should be shown annually on TV so that the generations behind mine can be taught a few things about comedy!
