    A Glimpse of Music Hall

Music Halls were still in existence when this film was made in 1946. However television would bring about their demise by the late fifties,so this film is a chance to see such well known turns as Norman Evans and Nat Jackley giving us an idea of the sort of acts that they would perform twice a day six nights a week, year in and year out.

This film was made by John Blakely of Muncunian Films, mainly for showing in cinemas in the north, notwithstanding the fact that this film was made at Riverside Studios in Hammersmith.

The humour is dated and strictly of its period. There is a slight story, but not worth concerning abouy.
