Loved it, would like to buy it

I saw this movie many years ago, I rented it from a video store that is no longer in business. I didn't know a lot of Spanish back then but, I still understood the movie, maybe that's why I liked it so much. From what I remember it was mostly funny. There was some action, I think the main thing was one guy kept getting arrested and put in jail but he kept escaping. I'm not sure if it was different jails or the same one and they were trying to make it escape proof. I really enjoyed this movie and would love to see it again. And I would recommend it to anyone regardless if they spoke Spanish or not.
