There's nothing about it that doesn't REEK!

IMDb simply doesn't offer a low enough rating for this so-called movie. I'm guessing they had a whopping budget of $50,000 to work with and wound up with $40,000 left over.

I've seen better acting in high-school drama class plays, and heard better dialog in a Pamprin commercial. Kerol Rae as "Renee Dupa" was particularly bad. A pretty face, but she's pretty obviously got the IQ of a lizard. She IS very adept at keeping her body covered up, however, and even manages to snatch a towel while being attacked by a knife-man in the shower to be sure that none of her assets are exposed.

Walter Baziak as Ike, possibly the poorest cast lead character I've ever seen, displays all the emotion of a Chia pet when "comforting" her after she miraculously survives the attack. Toss in the dream sequence of his poorly-choreographed shootout from the beginning of the movie, oh, a dozen times or so, to give the movie some length, because it dang sure doesn't have any PLOT.

Do yourself a favor. Drag a chair out into the front yard, grab a bowl of popcorn, and watch the grass grow. It'll be more exciting.

'Thriller' that should have been labelled 'Unintetional Comedy'

Where to Start?!?! Oh yeah the Start where the Cop dude walks very slowly towards the bad guys and gets shot at a bunch of times but is like a Mr Steven Segal or Stan Ridgeway's 'Camoflauge'. Acting= Awful but Hilarious. Dialogue= I've had more interesting Conversations with My pet Rats. Plot= I lost interest after 2 minutes but kept watching for 'Pure Comedy Gold'.

Case and point is the Scene where the Lead Character is chased by a slow moving Earth mover (Kind of like the Austin Powers Steamroller Scene) and casually trots to his Car with a priceless expression on his Face.😭😭😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

It's Sort of worth the £1.99 I paid for it. If anything for the laughs My Wife and I got. But We wouldn't mind a £2 Refund please.🤣🤣. Don't buy/Rent this movie if You want a Serious Drama/Thriller.

    Comedy with a difference

Opening scene... shoot out, lone cop out in the open vs 6 criminals behind van. Cop wins setting the tone for this comedy. Very much in the Leslie Nielson school of Comedy..Airplane, Police Squad, except the comedy isn't quite as telegraphed giving the impression it's played straight. But it's intentionally hammed up and full of deliberate cliche. A strange film indeed but it is quite funny.

Horrible Acting and Very Cheaply Made

This has to be the worst movie I have ever seen. It must have been made in someone's back yard. Terrible acting, especially Jack Rooney. He obviously has never taken acting lessons, because it sure shows. I think that this must have been a practice movie. This movie has never played in any movie theatre before.

    I can't be negative enough

There seems to be no end to the supply of movies which exemplify a totally inferior product. DEADLY DISCOVERY causes me to repeat that opinion. A flatfoot's forced time-off after killing four-sixths of a gang, is spent chillin' with a now-retired co-worker, who flies single-seater aircraft these days. A third important character is Renee, who's inconsistent behavior lends complete incongruity to her role. Do you want to know more about the plot? Nah...if I tell you, it might cause you to increase your attention to this wastefulness, when thorough abstinence is warranted. The primary accomplishment of DEADLY DISCOVERY is a demonstration of what happens when actors perform with unmitigated ineptitude, and situations are terribly contrived and unnatural. Watching it simulates a dream in which you die and go to Hell.
