Don't confuse it wirth another one...

I am sorry to have to correct the review of our dear collegue Mcblarblarg, but it's not that movie at all. This is a documentary about a psychiatric experience that happened in a commune near my home, real story, and there was no murder there, lol, and it's no comedy. These are schizophrenic people trying to cope with their problems at the hands of a psychiatrist guru, Roger Lemieux, who was later blamed by the authorities (easy to find on the web). Just check the Storyline section, you'll see confirmation of this. Touching, troubling and great documentary, though.

    A forgotten gem

L'Interdit, starring Stanley Selkow, is the greatest film you've never heard of. It will cause you to reevaluate your life, and your French. A heartwarming, yet heartbreaking, tale of love, deceit, murder, and comedy, L'Interdit won innumerable acclaim in its day, and with good reason. The film follows the exploits of one Stanley Selkow as he explores the dark, seedy underbelly of Montreal in the 1970s. The closer Selkow gets to the truth about P vs. NP, the more it becomes clear that someone doesn't want him to solve the mystery. Gritty, pulpy, and hilarious, L'Interdit represents everything to which films should aspire, both popular and independent. Cannot recommend this film enough.
