I enjoyed this Western immensely. It's clearly a low budget film, but I give whoever made it a two thumbs up! The lead is very funny, like Mel Gibson, the girl, Bobbie Phillips is hot, and it's a Western. What's there not to like.
The plot is about a Woman who leaves her husband because she does not love him. He then hire s bounty hunter to track her down and bring her back, of course the bounty hunter falls in love with her.
To make sure she gets back to him he hires another bounty hunter, MC Hammer as back up with his side kick, a little midget. It's all good stuff, no one makes Westerns anymore, if you want to have some fun and look at Moab Utah scenery which is where John WAyne made all his films, enjoy Cheyenne.
Great popcorn film!

Great popcorn film!
I worked off community service hours one day on this movie I was living in moab Utah in 1995 i was 12 and mc hammer was playing softball with the sheriffs team and I was playing my little league baseball after the game we got pictures with mc hammer and then we went to pizza hut and ran into him again we all talked and then he said he was filming a movie here and my mom said oh really he has community service hours mc hammer says well drop him off at my motel at 4 am so I got dropped off and spent the hottest day of my life in the desert watching how a movie was filmed and having a blast all I did was get him a few drinks and candy bars in between shoots I remember it like yesterday we stayed in touch awhile after that wish I could get back in touch with him
The Movie has a VERY simple plot...Woman runs away from husband, bounty hunter sent to track her, bounty hunter falls in love with her, husband furious but still wants her back, woman has to make a decision. The ONLY thing that made this movie worth watching for me is the appeal of Bobbie Phillips. Not only is she striking to look at, she's just fun to watch. Her mannerisms and attitude in this film make the B-movie quality not only bearable but as if it was meant to be filmed that way...I doubt that it was, with the poorly executed gunfights, etc. The bottom line for me is that I found it entertaining because I enjoyed "Cheyenne".
And they both belong to Bobbie Phillips! If you want to watch a western classic, rent The Searchers. If you want a fun 90 minutes, including the beautiful Bobbie Phillips in full naked mode, this is the one to see!
As usual, Bobbie does a great job! She's not only beautiful but a remarkable actress. Bobbie shows a spunkiness and vulnerability in this role which is Very different than the butt-kicking "Chameleon".This modern-western is not a Great film but is worth watching for the chance to see Bobbie in what will probably be her only Western...unless Westerns make a comeback...doubtful. I give this an 8 out of 10 for a TV movie and Bobbie's endearing performance.
