Given its 15 seasons and 327 episodes, Supernaturalwas bound to falter a few times. This is an unfortunate reality that every long-running TV series faces, regardless of the show's overall quality and enduring popularity. That's not to say that the series' weakest episodes were entirely unsuccessful.

After all, some fans have a soft spot for infamous episodes, like the found footage-style "Bitten" and the borderline offensive "Route 666". However, there is one episode that fans dislike unanimously. The episode in question is "Bloodlines," the 20th episode of Supernatural's ninth season.

Throughout its 15 years of runtime, Supernatural developed one of the strongest fandoms in fantasy TV. Though the main characters have moved on to other projects, such as TV shows like The Boys and the reboot of Walker, they'll always be remembered for their beloved roles as Sam and Dean Winchester. The iconic series may have some subpar seasons and episodes, but those didn't tarnish the reputation of the impactful storyline.

Though some episodes, such as "Yellow Fever," "Mystery Spot," and "All Hell Breaks Loose," are obvious favorites and well-rated inclusions to Supernatural, there are many plots viewers think wrongfully get a bad reputation. Dean didnt deserve his reputation as a ladies man in Supernatural, and there is one stat that proves it. Despite some big changes happening throughout Supernaturals seasons many characters were introduced and killed off and the Winchesters both went to Hell at some point the show stuck to a certain formula for most of the time. This includes Dean and Sam being on the road hunting strange creatures every week, which meant that romance was a less important theme in Supernatural.

Yet the Winchester brothers did have quite a few relationships over the years. As the older brother, Jensen Ackles Dean was always hailed as the ladies man due to his charismatic nature and constant flirting. On the other hand, Sams sensitive nature meant he didnt pursue one-night stands as often, and any character with whom Sam did have a relationship often ended up dying; one of the many running tropes in Supernatural.

Cassie Robinson's character in Supernatural season 1 should have been more significant due to her emotional impact on Dean. Dean's relationship with Cassie was the first time viewers saw him emotionally vulnerable, making her absence surprising. Despite Cassie's absence in future seasons, other characters like Lisa Braeden played similar roles in Dean's relationships.

Supernatural season 1 is generally considered a worthy introduction to the wild world of Sam and Dean Winchester, yet 19 years on, one forgotten character from the show's debut still bothers me. Given how intricate and detailed Supernatural's lore became, it's perhaps unsurprising that season 1 kept things relatively simple. However, even though most episodes followed a standard monster-of-the-week format, the show still featured broader story tie-ins that became important as the show progressed.

Supernatural officially became the longest-running horror television series of all time, but not every episode of the series can be the best. The series aired its 15th and final season in 2020. Given the longevity of the series, it's a given there would be some episodes that are much worse than others. After more than 300 episodes of television, some are just going to hit with an audience better than others as Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) travel the United States on hunting trips for supernatural creatures.

The worst episodes of Supernatural tend to fall into a few different categories. Some of them focus on characters fans aren't interested in getting to know better. Others don't contribute to the mythology or the main characters significantly. Some of them are just boring, which is a shame in a show like Supernatural which strived to keep the audience on the edge of...

Not every episode of Supernatural was created equal, with creator Eric Kripke particularly unhappy with these five outings. Supernatural ran for 15 seasons, where the Winchesters boys survived everything from ghosts and vampires to angels and demons. Of course, any show that runs for over 300 episodes is going to have its share of middling to bad stories. On the whole, Supernatural did a good job of maintaining a certain level of quality. Devotees of the show have their own views on which particular season or story arc was the worst - the Leviathan arc being commonly cited - but those complaints are often canceled out by the quality episodes.

Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki's favorite Supernatural episodes include season 6's meta "The French Mistake" and "Death's Door," where Bobby died. Creator Kripke is also fond of "The French Mistake" alongside season 5's "Changing Channels," another meta-comedy outing for the Winchesters.

When I first saw the announcement regarding the Bayonetta & Vanquish 10th Anniversary Bundle, my first thought was “When did I get so old?” Had it really been close to a decade since PlatinumGames released these iconic games? After I dragged myself out of that existential crisis, though, I thought about what a treat this would be. There was the re-release on the Nintendo Switch and the backward compatibility for the Xbox One, but a vast majority of gamers have missed out on both titles. Tuesday night at the NerdMelt theater in Los Angeles, television writer and creator Eric Kripke was on hand for a panel called Genre Smash!—a nonprofit event sponsored by the Writer’s Guild Foundation that drew a packed house into the back of Meltdown Comics. Kripke is perhaps best known as the creator of the brothers-fighting-monsters series Supernatural, now set to enter its tenth season on the CW, but Kripke also had a lot to say about his new show Revolution on NBC (with J.J. Abrams), the screenwriting process, and his early days on shows like the WB’s Tarzan (which became a running joke throughout the evening as the ultimate crappy starting point—“It sucked. Ride to Hell: Route 666 will release this summer for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. A new action-packed announcement trailer has just been unleashed from the fiery pits of Hell to show some of the two-wheel action ahead on the way across Route 666 to face The Devil's Hand.

We got a heads up last week that Deep Silver’s long lost 1960′s era biker game, Ride to Hell, might actually make it out of development hell when an achievement list was posted online. What we were not expecting was that the publisher had spent the last five years reworking the title into three separate games, none of which exactly match Ride to Hell‘s original concept.

Whether this is good or bad news remains to be seen, but we won’t have to wait long to find out as Deep Silver announced today that Ride to Hell: Retribution, Ride to Hell: Route 666, and Ride to Hell: Beatdown will all launch this June.

The game that appears to most closely resemble the original 2008 announcement is Ride to Hell: Retribution, which will be released on June 25, 2013 in North America (June 28th internationally) for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Ride...

Senior vice president of publishing Tom Brevoort revealed that the titles have been cancelled in response to a question on his Formspring account. I'm of two minds about this week's "Supernatural," which made the somewhat questionable decision to revisit the basic theme of one of this season's most divisive episodes, "The Girl Next Door." In that hour, Dean was forced to kill Amy, one of Sam's childhood friends (or a girl that he'd known for a matter of hours, depending on how you chose to look at it) because she was a "monster" who had killed humans -- deserving or not -- and would likely do so again. Route 666 is to be revived by Marvel Comics. The publisher announced plans to bring back the CrossGen title at this weekend's Fan Expo convention in Toronto, Newsarama reports. Characters both discover and lose themselves on their celluloid trips. Friends and partners are gained and lost. Ultimately though, the road is an avenue for discovery. Part industrial synth and sample machine, part surf rock, part evil seduction comes Psychocharger. A sleazy act from NYC’s gritty Psychobilly scene. Their recent release, Curse Of The Psycho blends horror movie samples, dark riffs, heavy drum beats, and dirty surf guitar in a manner that would do Lux Interior and Poison Ivy proud.

The album opens with an eerie movie sample transitioning into the opening Voodoo guitar riffs of the title track. The album continues to ramp up the velvet sleaze with “Grave Robbers from Outer Space”. The spooky, high-octane burns up with “The Return of the One Percenter” a reference to the Hells Angels of old, as the one percent of bad bikers in the late 60’s. “Route 666” keeps the hot rod fires stoked with brazen cherry red evil. “Hunting for Elvis” is a spooky tribute to the hunt for the living (or undead) king of rock and roll.
