    Prettty badd andd here's why...

    SERIES ENDS ON A CLIFFHANGER.

This series starts from nowhere in the midst of THICK plot that could have been interesting to see and for like half the show or less and then move onto the other thick plot that was there. It even had fillers... The voice acting was pretty meh and characters sounded confused, lmao. No origin stories of nobody. Also adult avengers act like small kids with tantrums. Basically a lot of mess and whatever potential it had, it just didn't want to put it into focus and structure. I'm glad there were no dominant/main avengers like in the live action movies for the most part and it was interesting to see other superheroes.

    Bad, pretty bad

It doesn't bother me to break with tradition, if the replacement is as good or better. But this is clearly not the case. First, it looks like most of the time they will be fighting robots with lasers as opposed to people, a transparent effort to get a Y rating. Then there's the costumes. ugh. Ugly. Hawkeye's is worst of all. Only Wonderman, Vision, and Falcon's look any good at all. Next there's the characters. My main complaints on this front are pretty much just Hawkeye and Ultron. Hawkeye is this blown up tough guy, who I guess is supposed to be the Avengers' Wolverine but is really bad at it. Ultron is an insane robot who, in the series, is given a completely blown up body with lots of stupid looking external parts. His character doesn't seem to be very intelligent at all

The overall look isn't to impressive either. Like I said, it's setting in the future is an excuse to use lasers instead of guns and robots instead of people. Mark my words, you will not see anyone die (at least permanently) in it's whole run because of it's tameness.

    Terrible adaption

That series is really terrible. It has the worst elements from the comics of the 90's:armor instead of super-hero suits,deformed-looking characters (Wonder Man muscles are twice or three times his head) and simplistic plots.Although the comic in which is based,West Coast Avengers, was good, sometimes even better than the main series, they completely ignore it and make a mix between super-heroes and power rangers, with Ant Man and the Wasp using combat armors and even including the usual ridiculous suit change sequence. The amazing thing about this series is not that it only lasted 13 episodes, but that they didn't cancel it sooner, probably because the didn't have any replacement yet.

    Credit Where Credit Is Due.......

So I think this show is both underrated and overrated. I think its cool how they are giving other superheroes a big part of the show. I like how you don't see the same avengers like in every other cartoon. But how that is a cool thing, it doesn't work all the time. When you take out all the main avengers, you do have a lack of care for the others. The villains are also pretty forgettable. None but Ultron were interesting. The effects age poorly as well. But I don't think that's the shows fault. So is this the best Avengers show we have got? No by a long shot, but overall, its not a horrible attempt. I don't think it is down right awful, its just a failed toy commercial attempt.

    Bad

    This was unwatchable.

The Big 4(Thor, Cap, Iron Man and Hulk) was not in this series. But why????

The whole quality of this show was really bad. I got through maybe 1 and a half episodes and I quit.

The characters looked like buff and rigid androids in their suits. Even the suits didn't come close to the comics.

    Verdict: Stay Away.

    • Trivia
Tentative plans for additional episodes featured: Hawkeye's return to the carnival where he grew up; an exploration of how Scarlet Witch discovered her powers; guest appearances by the X-Men, which would have utilized the Toronto-based cast from the series since Tony Daniels, Lenore Zann, and Ron Rubin had already worked on X-Men (1992); Dr. Robert Bruce Banner (a.k.a. The Incredible Hulk) appearing to help the team when Henry Pym/Ant Man fell ill to gamma radiation exposure during a fight with the Egg-Head; and a two-part episode featuring Thor and his brother Loki (there was even a Thor toy made for the show's line of action figures). However, all plans were scrapped when the show did not return for a second season.
