In 2019, Ina and David Steiner became the victims of a cyberstalking campaign. There were threats, odd deliveries to their home – from a bloody pig mask to late-night pizza – and terrifying messages. Soon, they found it wasn’t some individual, unhappy with their reporting on EcommerceBytes website. It was eBay.

“It’s a very crazy story,” director Jenny Carchman told Variety.

In “Whatever It Takes: Inside the eBay Scandal,” she exposes the bad side of the company whose slogan claimed that “people are basically good.”

“When I spoke to the Steiners, the anxiety of not knowing [who’s behind the harassment] and not being able to stop it was the most frustrating thing. They really, really suffered psychologically, to the point where they wouldn’t leave the house,” she said.

The first clip for the SXSW Film Festival documentary, “Whatever It Takes,” about two journalists targeted in a Silicon Valley Scandal, has been released in conjunction with its festival screenings.

The clip shows journalists Ina and David Steiner — who are the targets of an online harassment campaign, subjected to cyberstalking threats and bizarre deliveries — receiving what appears to be a pig fetus, the first of many abnormal packages.

“We got your order for the ‘wet specimen,'” a phone operator says in the clip. When the Steiners follow up to ask what exactly a “wet specimen” is, Ina turns to the audience to reveal that the operator told her that it’s a “pig fetus.”

“So we asked her, what’s a ‘wet specimen,’ and she goes, ‘Oh, it’s a pig fetus.'”

The clips also show the Steiners being on the receiving end of many online expletive-laced messages.

Prime Video's original animated series, Hazbin Hotel was finally released, and since then, fans have been raving about the mature nature of the story. The series focuses on a group of demons who were sinners in life and sent to Hell as punishment. In an attempt to thin Hell's numbers, these demons decide to change their ways, hoping to redeem their souls and ascend to Heaven.

At first glance, many potential viewers might write this series off as childish because of the animated format, but they couldn't be more wrong. The art style and medium allow more creative freedom to get the concept across. The animation is also whimsical and over the top, emphasizing the fantastical elements of the world. Exclusive: Tami Roman will executive produce and star in the BET+ holiday film Whatever It Takes from Swirl Films and Roman Ramsey Productions premiering later this year.

“We wanted to create a film that would not only entertain but also resonate with people during the holiday season,” said Roman. “It’s a story that showcases the beauty of love and the power of forgiveness, even in the face of the most challenging situations.”

From writers TuShonda Whitaker and Amaleka McCall Brathwaite, Whatever It Takes focuses on how messy the holidays can be. Sure, it’s typically the time for love and friendship but that’s not what this movie is about.

Imagine Dragons have shared a short film for their song “Crushed,” which recounts the story of 14-year-old boy living in the Ukraine. Directed by Ty Arnold, the video follows Sasha as he walks through the wreckage of his village, which was occupied by Russian forces for five months and shelled.

The video has been released in support of the relief efforts led by UNITED24, the organization founded by President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The band is encouraging fans to donate to the cause here.

Actors Mandy Patinkin, Bob Odenkirk and Adam Scott are just one of the many famous talents to march with the WGA strikers in New York City while repping SAG-AFTRA in support of writers guild.

Patinkin even spoofed his beloved role as Inigo Montoya in “The Princess Bride,” carrying a sign that read, “You killed residuals prepare to pay!” (The line of course being in reference to his famous delivery of, “You killed my father, prepare to die.”)

Imagine Dragons performed an acoustic set at the WGA picket line in Los Angeles on Tuesday in support of striking writers. Frontman Dan Reynolds and guitarist Daniel Wayne Sermon played their Grammy-winning song “Radioactive” and “Whatever It Takes.”

As Reynolds sang from a metal park bench in front of the Netflix building, the crowd holding “Writers Guild of America on Strike!” signs sang along to the stripped-down hits.

Imagine Dragons is set to headline this year’s three-weekend Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin along with Eric Church, Zach Bryan, and Zac Brown Band.

Imagine Dragons, in solidarity with the writers strike, showed up at the Netflix picket line to support writers.

The Grammy-winning band took to the Netflix picket line on Tuesday to show its support for the writers striking in Los Angeles and New York City. Piano player Dan Reynolds and electric guitarist Daniel Wayne Sermon, new L.A. transplants from Las Vegas, performed “Radioactive” and “Whatever It Takes.”

The musicians join a number of celebrities who have hit striking locations across both major cities to show their support, like Pete Davidson, who handed out pizzas in Greenpoint, Brooklyn; Ted Lasso writers and stars Jason Sudeikis, Brett Goldstein and Brendan Hunt; Cynthia Nixon; Bowen Yang; and Jay Leno, who brought donuts (again) to strikers in L.A.

Part of the fun of watching “The Masked Singer” is making guesses as to the real identities of the celebrity contestants. We’ve been fans of the Frog ever since he appeared alongside the rest of Group B in episode 4. He is the last contender still standing of the six stars who started out in this group. He is competing on the May 20 final against the Night Angel and the Turtle for the Golden Mask.

The Frog is coming on strong at just the right time as season 3 of “The Masked Singer” reaches the quarter-final stage on May 6. The Frog made it to the final five with his change-of pace performance of “Whatever It Takes” by Imagine Dragons last Wednesday. The Frog had the four judges jumping for joy.

He has emerged as one of the top contenders to win the Golden Mask based on his energetic covers. He made his debut on the show with a rollicking rendition of “U Can’t Touch This” by Mc Hammer and followed up with equally lively versions of “Jump” by Kris Kross, “You Dropped a Bomb on Me” by The Gap Band, “In da Club” by 50 Cent and “Fireball” by Pitbull.

We’ve rewatched all of these performance and his clues video. We are certain we know who is ready to hop out of that Frog costume.
