Good with a small bowl of plain white rice

It starts with two men flying and walking on water then they confront each other to sword fight. White eyebrows is injured but otherwise it is a draw. After the titles a younger hero stops for a drink and a gang appears to forbid him to pass. They fight and he defeats them. White eyebrows is there, wounded. They were both going to protect Hu Kuan, whatever or whoever that is. Cut to an envoy carrying a coffin through the countryside. They are attacked and our hero arrives to help. A mystery girl also appears and helps. She is mistaken for a man. Cut again to a leader of the bad guys complaining they failed and what if that man helping was that woman? Next our mystery girl gets access to the coffin and is surprised to find it empty. She fights with our hero, asks him the secret of the coffin, then says she knows the secret and leaves. Back inside another coffin is opened to reveal a lady. Our lady returns. She is the nine tailed fox. Hero explains he is protecting Lady Liu who is returning in secret to return to power but the bandits are trying to kill her. Some unknown higher up is behind it all. The gang returns and the higher up is a guy in red. They fight and he carries the coffin over his head and flies off. Our girl is injured but I never saw her hit. First the injury is to her left shoulder but in the next cut it is her right shoulder. Continuity, please! My copy has a video size and resolution similar to a VHS recording. The dialog is Chinese and there are Korean hard subtitles. On top of the Korean are English subtitles that seem to have been added by a fan. The sword fights are basic as to be expected for 1970 fight choreography. The actors do a good job of showing power and focus to the moves. There is also wirework and stunt doubles added for leaps and bounds. This movie would only interest fans of martial arts movies from the golden age 1967 to 1984. Actually, only hard core fans who have already watched hundreds of such movies and are digging deep. To those fans I say there are no special moments here and nothing bad either. I can recommend it the same as a recommendation for a small bowl of plain white rice.
