    Very good CGI for 1998

If this film had been done in the last few years, I would not have been very impressed as the CGI in the film looks very primitive. Well, that's because it IS primitive, as by 1998, CGI was still (apart from the Pixar films) a rare thing and few animators were using this new technology. Because of that, the relatively flat expressions on the characters are quite forgivable and understandable.

The film is set in a surreal land in the clouds. Tightropes are strung about everywhere. You then see a harlequin walking on a tightrope...and a more traditional high wire actor coming from the opposite direction. When they meet, they have a duel of sorts and it's quite entertaining watching them try to destroy the other. While it's far from hilarious, it is quite good and has a very nice ending. Good job and great music.
