I can't say it's a great game but I like the idea they had in mind back then

It's sad we didn't get any other mythologies of the other characters, it would have been interesting to see everyone's story.

Sub zero is a favorite character of mine and it's cool they got John Turk to play the part as he is sub zero from MKIII. And the cut scenes are equally good as mortal kombat quest series.

As a gameplay it wasn't good but as a story it is better, I prefer to watch it on long play than actual playing it.

The less said about this game the better.

Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero will go down as one of the worst ideas for the Mortal Kombat franchise. The gameplay is too difficult and the game itself was far too pointless. I didn't care for this game in the slightest.

You can't take a fighting game and take a different direction to an action/adventure game. Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero tried to do this and failed miserably. Thankfully this game has been treated as if it never existed with further games that have been successful.

Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero has managed to earn itself an infamous reputation as one of the worst games ever released. It was widely panned on release.

The less said about Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero the better.

    1/10.

    A Great Game

This is a great game. A change from the other MK games. It is adventure as well as head-to-head fighting. I'd suggest buying it.

    Much too hard.

This game is impossible to beat. The furthest I got without using passwords was to the god of wind. It was impossible to kill him. Even if you got his energy bar all the way down, he still killed you. I thought this would be a great game, but it was terrible. Hopefully Mortal Kombat: Special Forces will be better.

A Pathetic Game for a great license.

This is what happens when you sacrifice gameplay for license. The graphics were dated and choppy, the control scheme was contrived and most of all it didn't seem all done. It just was wrapped up and shipped to stores so that one unlucky fool could buy it. Stick to Mortal Kombat 4 or the new Special Forces game coming up!

Quan Chi: [after Sub-Zero defeats the Elements blocking the entry into the Temple of Elements, Quan Chi takes the amulet] The amulet! I have Shinnok's amulet!

      Sub-Zero: Who's amulet?

Quan Chi: He is my deity, ruler of the Netherrealm; And soon, destroyer of your Earthrealm.

Sub-Zero: What are you talking about?

Quan Chi: This amulet... it is the key to Shinnok's power as an Elder God. When returned to him, he will regain his powers and be free from the confines OF the Netherrealm.

Sub-Zero: I thought Shao Kahn was...

Quan Chi: Shao Kahn is nothing bu t a peasant ruler of a long dead realm! SHINNOK, is the destroyer of ALL realms, INCLUDING Kahn's Outworld!

Sub-Zero: Destroyer of all realms? You are insane! That amulet isn't worth the bronze it's molded from!

Quan Chi: Believe what you will, Sub-Zero. Goodbye, ninja.

[Quan Chi warps away to the Netherrealm]
