After so many decades, the actors and their try to give credibility/ substance to the characters are more important than the story itself. A women becoming mayor. The ex-mayor returning to his base profession. George Constantin exploring the posibilities of ambiguity of his role. Andrei Csiky saving part of monothony. Film of a time, it is great for the inspirational chronicle of a lost time and commands of political regime. So, a film of past , from nostalgies to dialogue and relations between characters. .
