Holy Crap This Movie Was So Bad!

How is it possible to make a movie this bad? I mean there are so much meaningless crap dialoge in the movie. And that Woman Lindsay Crouse did she pay the director money to get a role in the movie. And Some of the actors must have been randomly picked up from a Shopping Mall or something and tried really hard to find the worst actors there. The plot must be the worst i have seen ever and the acting too. It's like they tried to fill the movie with crap and nonsense. And how did this movie get over 5 out of 10. For me it was a weak 0 out of 10. Bottom 10 movies of all time.

Recently divorced, Patti Young decides to take research student Lara Lewis in as a boarder to keep her costs down. However, not long after she moves into the house, Lara becomes unstable. When Patti asks about excessive power costs, Lara keeps to the letter of their tenancy contract and refuses to pay more, which places financial burden on Patti. Lara soon engages in various malicious activities, including fooling Patti's lawyer ex-husband into writing letters threatening legal action, poisoning Patti's cat and calling the police with fictitious complaints of violence, eventually getting a restraining order barring Patti from returning to her own house.

    Clumsy industry film

This movie was bad. The story was clumsy, it made no sense the way the main characters would behave from one scene to the next. The cast was good for the most part; Lindsay Crouse and Paige Moss were a believable mother/daughter. Zoe McLellan may have been hamstrung by the bad story or maybe she is a bad actress, I'm not sure. Jay Thomas is like Robert Horry scoring reliably for the LA Lakers, a talented veteran underused. The way that lighting and music is used to try and create tension brought me mirth instead. This film is horribly clichéd and very predictable. I cannot compare it with any movies without giving the whole movie away. After ten minutes the viewer will know already how things are going to end. I found this movie boring indeed. It is only watchable if you are a fan of the elusive Paige Moss, or of one of the other stars.

    Good, But Not Terribly Original

The movie was enjoyable to watch and Lindsay Crouse and Zoe McClellan did fine jobs with their roles. As the movie wore on though it seemed so much like "Pacific Heights" with McClellan as the female equivalent to Michael Keaton's character in "Heights".

    What a horrible movie.

There was a reasonably good looking girl starring the film(Zoe Mclellan) but even her looks couldn't stop me from voting it the lowest possible - one.

The plot is bad and irrational.

What more can I say. The movie sucks.

    So bad

Romeo and the Apple made good supporting characters but the stars were awful. We get no real back-story for Lara and it's hard to root for Patti cause she just isn't very likeable. Solid bad movie.
