Erotic Play

Paula Meadows was the non-de-plume of English erotic artist Lynn Paula Russell. She stars in this amiable light-hearted production with a slight feminist slant as the director of an improvised play in which five women explore their new found freedom and sexuality. Most of the sex, though explicit, is erotic rather than raunchy with Sharon Mitchell and Cara Lott especially notable. Sharon Kane is the one married woman whose husband George Payne is vexed because he can't find out exactly what she's up to, finally involving him in a steamy encounter with Paula Meadows and Jerry Butler after she playfully imputes the guys with having little imagination. The show is launched successfully.
