Mazzaropi is Brazilian legend as actor, director and lately producer, this movie is your early period when was under contract of Vera Cruz, l'd watched this picture in far off 1976, now revisiting on DVD with a bad sound, the audio sometimes almost disappear...it needs a restoration soon, but the movie was highly successful in that time as always in any Mazzaropi's movie, the story is about a poor truck driver who suddenly becames millionaire after he had met your unknown rich grandfather who was looking for him before he died, so he and your family moved to a mansion where he'll living in an easy life, but the troubles come together, it's a fantastic movie, after this he makes one more movie at Vera Cruz therefore went bankrupt in 1954 unfortunately!

Following the same recipe, which became successful, and which had worked in the previous one, we have an excellent production, considering the time and limitations, simple humor, humble character, more rounded script than the first ... Too bad the version I watched was with a very bad audio, and I couldn't fully enjoy it... However, of the 4 that I marathon until now, this one was the weakest in the mood, except for some good scenes, like the breakfast of the rich man from humble Isidoro...
