Jennifer Love Hewitt Recalls Inappropriate Breast Comments from 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' Fame
Image
Jennifer Love Hewitt discussed the wildly inappropriate comments some men would say to her after she appeared as a teenager in the classic horror film, I Know What You Did Last Summer. A loose adaptation of the late author Lois Duncan’s 1973 young adult novel of the same name, Hewitt portrayed Julie James in the 1997 film and its follow-up, I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998). The actress spoke about dealing with those troubling sexual comments while appearing on Mayim Bialik's Breakdown podcast. Hewitt said:

"In my 30s, I sort of went back and looked at that time again, and I was like, 'Oh my god!' There were grown men talking to me at 16 about my breasts openly on a talk show — and people were laughing about it [...] Like, I really didn’t take that part of it in, but in hindsight, it was very strange to...

Amy Adams may be able to pull off the role of Janis Joplin
By Marilyn Beck and Stacy Jenel Smith

HollywoodNews.com: No sooner did news break that Amy Adams is going to play Janis Joplin in the long-awaited bio-pic of the drug-bedeviled, bisexual 1960s music icon than the outcry began. Music critics and internet chatterers alike are bewailing the choice of Adams as Too Pretty, Not Gritty Enough, Not Gutsy Enough, Not Bluesy Enough, Too Sweet, Too Show Tunesy. Indeed, some of the near-misses for a biopic (Zooey Deschanel, Pink, Melissa Etheridge) do seem more readily adaptable into portraying Joplin than Adams, of “Enchanted,” “Julie & Julia,” “Junebug” and “Doubt” fame.

However, we can’t help but remember, Oscar winner Jamie Foxx had lots’a naysayers before he proved just how great he could be with his tour-de-force performance as Ray Charles in “Ray.”

How about the advance criticism over Joaquin Phoenix daring to play Johnny Cash (and doing his own singing?! What,...

Steven Spielberg Producing Jackie Kennedy Biopic
Just in case you thought Steven Spielberg didn’t have enough on his plate, the filmmaker has added another biopic to his long list of projects in development. However, unlike his plans to depict the lives of Abraham Lincoln, George Gershwin and Martin Luther King Jr., this isn’t one of his directorial options. Instead, he’ll merely produce a film about First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the biopic is titled Jackie and will likely end up on HBO (home to Spielberg’s new miniseries The Pacific) rather than in theaters.

The script for Jackie was written by journalist and Today Show producer Noah Oppenheim. Rather than detailing the First Lady’s whole life, as previous TV movies in 1981 (ABC), 1991 (NBC) and 2000 (CBS) have, this film will focus on the aftermath of her husband’s assassination and be told from her point of view.

Can Keira Break the Hepburn Curse?
There are few Hollywood starlets that I rate more highly than marginally spade-faced Keira Knightley, and of all late actresses I am fairly unoriginal in my fondness for Audrey Hepburn, so the rumours quite some time ago that Knightley has signed up to fill Hepburn’s shoes in a planned remake of My Fair Lady is, for me, great news. The whispers around the project died down though, until today when stories have begun circulating that Joe Wright, director of Knightley in Pride and Prejudice and the amazing Atonement, is also set to be involved. So Audrey Hepburn is back, but unlike Audrey, Keira’s vocals won’t be dubbed if her singing in last year’s The Edge of Love is anything to go by. The problem seems to be, however, whether or not any individual can ever truly succeed in a performance that has been done to perfection already,...

'Twilight' and 'New Moon' star Ashley Greene as Audrey Hepburn?
The Twilight Saga: New Moon star Ashley Greene is, at present, in Atlanta for the Salute to Twilight Convention, and the Twilight Lexicon has been hot on the trail, tweeting every time something newsworthy is said or done. Just a moment ago, Tl tweeted that during the question and answer event with Ashley Greene, she admitted that she would love to perform a role as Audrey Hepburn in a biopic. Though Jennifer Love Hewitt did so in 2000's The Audrey Hepburn Story, that was nearly ten years ago. Below is a photo slideshow of Audrey Hepburn. This timeless gorgeous brunette has certainly been a focal point for...

Jennifer Love Hewitt at an event for Twilight: Chapitre 4 - Révélation, 1ère partie (2011)
Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt dazzled guests at her 30th birthday party on Saturday - by attending as Hollywood legend Audrey Hepburn.

The actress, who played Hepburn in TV movie The Audrey Hepburn Story, hosted tea and dinner celebrations at the Montage Beverly Hills - and chose old Hollywood glamour as her style for her big day.

It began with a croissant and coffee at Beverly Hills jeweller Tiffany's, where she dressed as her heroine's character Holly Golightly for a real breakfast at Tiffany's.

And the Hepburn theme continued throughout the day at the Montage, where friends and family celebrated with Hewitt.

The actress says, "It was amazing. I had a great day."...

Jennifer Ditches Oscars
Jennifer Love Hewitt at an event for Twilight: Chapitre 4 - Révélation, 1ère partie (2011)
Jennifer Love Hewitt agonized over picking the right dress for this year's Oscars - even though she didn't go. The young actress admits she dresses up for the Academy Awards every year - and then watches them on TV. She says, "I even wear a tiara. I haven't picked out my dress for this year but I have the dresses from The Audrey Hepburn Story, so I'm going to wear one of those."...
