The Virgin Rape (1971)
** (out of 4)
Bizarre porn movie has 18-year-old Sandy (Nancy Martin) bragging about her virginity to her girlfriend who then suggests they bring a couple guys over. Once the guys are over Sandy's man gets tired of her being a tease so the two guys and the girlfriend rape her. Soon Sandy finds herself in her mother and stepfather's bed explaining that she just got raped so they teach her that sex can be fun, which leads to a threesome.
THE VIRGIN RAPE is an incredibly poorly made adult film that seems to have been made by people who ran into some money, bought a camera and just filmed stuff without really knowing what they're doing. The cameraman is constantly zooming in and out of stuff without too much knowledge of what he's doing and if you thought Jess Franco was bad you haven't seen anything yet. There are other technical goofs including the crew being viewable in certain shots and even worse is a scene just before step-daddy sticks it in Sandy where we hear the director yell cut.
So, is THE VIRGIN RAPE worth watching? There's certainly nothing good here but the film is so darn awful that you can't help but be entertained by it. You never quite know how stupid it's going to get and you just know it's from the 70s when you tackle taboo subjects like rape and incest within a 58 minute running time.

The omnipresent Keith Erickson is the recognizable factor in VIRGIN AT 18, aka VIRGIN AWAKEN (and listed in IMDb unsubtly as VIRGIN RAPE), a quickie that was aimed at the low-end of the adult market.
Having seen both the After Hours Cinema and Alpha Blue Archives versions of this opus, I can report it doesn't amount to much, merely limning the unconvincing travails of a beautiful young teen (her identity still unidentified). One suspects that she got fed up in a hurry with the so-called "Adult Film Industry" after this demeaning assignment.
Her mom, played by a quite unattractive actress, is a bad role model, living with no-goodnik boy friend Ira (Erickson) and fond of masturbating with a dildo. Our young heroine's best friend makes fun of her for remaining a virgin, a state easily rectified by inviting a couple of guys over to party and then having them rape the hapless lass.
She flees to the bedroom where mom & Ira are in the midst of lovemaking for some consolation, though at the outset of the film we saw her fending off the highly aggressive advances of this possibly future step dad. Her overacted torment during the rape wasn't bad enough -now we have ad lib-prone Erickson pontificating on how wonderful love can be in one of the least sympathetic and most cynical (on the filmmakers' part) resolutions in the history of melodrama. Not surprisingly, incest is in full flower as mommy, Ira and daughter have sex together in the finale providing us with an immoral or amoral lesson -not sure which. He emphasizes the Prime Directive to her: "You shouldn't tease", essentially blaming her for getting raped in the first place.
Very poorly filmed in cheap "real-time" fashion, film has the usual crappy Muzak score with such favorites as "Wichita Lineman" and "Goin' Out of My Head" played in sleep-inducing versions.
