Very good movie. I mean you don't have to see it with a lot of sense to it. But very strong roles and very good acting by sridevi and rajni. It was one of the off beats of those days, way different from the tailor made love stories or family movies which were made at that time. Balachander's direction is flawless and the movie has a couple of good songs too. A must watch for any rajni fan
One Superstar's early hits. Kamal plays a decent cameo during the early part of the movie as sridevi's lover, much to rajni's envy. He then takes them out for boating and poor kamal does not know swimming and then the movie takes a big turn.
