Born Bad

Jenteal''s vehicle for Vivid, released by its "wimpy" subsidiary Wave, is aimed at her diehard fans -not much meat on these bones for anyone else.

Toni English usually does a better job as director -this is a one-note, unexciting drama in which our heroine (anti-heroine) is rotten to the core, taking advantage of and duping everyone on her climb to success. Since she never makes a mistake, never gets caught and there are zero twists to this plotline, it's dull and repetitive.

Crystal Breeze a decade after her stardom looks great and glamorous as her boss, never getting suspicious at all the coincidences associated with her employee's upward mobility.

Mitchell Grant (a/k/a Gant) is effective casting as a co-worker she really mistreats, as he's not one of the porn actors who appear in nearly every show -in fact at first I thought he was a NonSex actor merely injected for dialogue and to move the story forward. Stephanie Swift is hot as a prostitute used for one of Jenteal's schemes, early in her career.

Jenteal is pretty charming shows convincing acting skills in this porn soap. The problem is that when it's about the hot content, she teams up with partners who don't make fireworks: the male is blonde obsessed macho Bobby Vitale and the female is Crystal Breeze. The fun play is shot flatly by industrial Miss Holland as the usual Vivid director. For an adult movie, at the end, it's disappointing but as an american movie, it can be interesting to feel the american way of life: strangely, those Vivid movies offer slices of American life that is close and similar to the one the audience experiment in the real world. Hollywood movies doesn't care about simple characters for a long time!
