This is billed as an Italian sex comedy. The original version is 90 minutes, but the only version I can find is a 76-minute version, apparently a TV edit with clumsy, ham-fisted chopping to remove the sex. Perhaps the comedy was also contained in the 14 minutes butchered out. What is left is Italian, and little else.
The hapless viewer can only assume that the widower tax collector assigned to tax prostitution finds out that his daughters and niece have become prostitutes, pimped out by his brother, the father/uncle of the nubile girls. Perhaps I am wrong, but given the butchery, that is the best I can guess.
I have not rated this because, with the version available, it is no clear whether plot continuity, comedy and sex might have made this an enjoyable movie. With all that on the cutting room floor, it isn't.
