Director Bud Lee and his screenwriter Carl Esser take time off from features for this vignette-oriented VHS release, all about "the girl next door".
Structure has three guys sharing a house, who sit around telling tales about sex they had with women neighbors. They narrate the sex scenes and we're left to wonder if they were telling the truth, as Tom Byron talks of having one-shot sex with Angelica Raine (an obscure put pretty performer), Marc Wallice boasting of sex with dominatrix Debi Diamond, and Randy Spears recalling a threesome he enjoyed with wife Flame and busty neighbor Lynden Johnson.
Only confusing element is the finale, when a new neighbor visits the guys during a barbecue and has sex with all three of them. She is also played by star Debi Diamond, but not the same character that Wallice talked about, and that contradiction is not explained.
