I saw this movie in 1977 when I was only 23. I sat through it because it was part of a double feature and I really wanted to see the other movie. This movie has every sex joke in the book (or so it seems) and at the risk of being blackballed as a spoiler I won't tell you any...you'll have to find the movie and see it. Once seen, the finale is not to be forgotten. Keefe Brasselle was a journeyman song and dance man as well as an entertainment executive and novelist. This is not for every taste but, if seen, you'll be repeating every joke in the movie to your friends and coworkers. Another commentator was right...Uschi Digard is certainly a screen presence to be remembered. The sequel "Can I Do it Till I Need Glasses?" got some publicity when it featured Robin Williams for all of about five minutes (if that long). The two films should be seen together for full impact.
All the old ribald jokes you've heard get acted out in hilarious situations by funny comedians. A new twist is put on every old joke, livening them up for the moment the climax jumps out and slaps you right in the face.
One after another, never a pause, they just keep hitting throughout the whole movie. I saw this when I was a teenager with my girlfriend Mary. Now I realize why we ended up getting married.
Plenty of sexy scenes included, too. Mostly boobs. The women in the movie are typically 70's girls, and I love it! It was such a great age, when women TRIED to be pretty. Sexy tight jeans, halter tops, high heels, they got it all!
Seriously, it's really worth a look (if you can find it). The sketches were all well-written by people who have a finger on comedy and what the audience likes. Give it a try. "Try it, you'll like it!"

As others have already stated, its just a collection of rotten jokes (most with a sexual theme) that were already stale and outdated when this was made in 1975. I guess they figured it would be entertaining if it had nude women and men throughout, which I think it does. The jokes aren't funny in the 21st century and I doubt most of them got laughs in the 20th century but sometimes bad humor can be amusing if you enjoy the cheese factor. The nudity is there for the sake of nudity, it neither helps nor hinders the jokes.
Watch it for the 70's nostalgia or if you like bad movies, but its not high quality entertainment.

"If You Don't Stop It... You'll Go Blind!!!" is a collection of raunchy skits. Think "The Groove Tube", or the follow up "Can I Do It 'Till I Need Glasses?". If you've seen those films and enjoy them you'll like this one.
I feel like this is weaker than it's follow up. There's really no new ground here. Just lots of sexual humor and nudity, that will appeal to our juvenile senses of humor.
I rented this along with "Can I Do It 'Till I Need Glasses?" about twenty-five years ago. I had never heard of them and didn't know what to expect, but I enjoy raunchy humor and gratuitous nudity. Lol! So, films like this are right up my alley, but I would recommend viewing these films before shelling out the cash to purchase them.

I saw this film in 1976 and was very disappointed.Of all of the most ribald yet, low- level comedic films of the 70's("The Groove tube"."Tunnel Vision" and "What do you say to a naked lady?")this film was by far, the most wretched. It was basically a series of stale,re-cycled jokes featuring ethnic stereotypes, frat-house styled sexual innuendo, and forgettable one liners. All of this topped off by poor direction and third-rate acting. The film finds itself cast adrift in a sea of bewilderment:Are they trying to display sequential "stand up" comedy or showcase a series of funny sketches, with satiric and sexual overtones? Unfortunately, the film achieves neither objective. If you appreciate the humor of Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David, Woody Allen, or Groucho Marx, you'll detest this film. Steve D--Updated review-July 2012:I recently purchased the DVD on Amazon, and saw the film again, after 36 years.Let me tell you, I had forgotten how vile and vulgar the language was, in addition to the "nudie-cutie" elements.I counted 2 "almost chuckles" in a film with at least 60 alleged "joke-lines". I'm sure Keefe Brasselle rued the day he agreed to do his cameo "number".I hate to be negative but this film really was putrid!

- TriviaActress Tallie Cochrane said she returned from out of town after making another movie and found her husband had let producer Michael Callie, a friend of theirs, film one of the skits in their house. The production crew saw her and asked who she was. She said, "I live here." Next thing she knew, Callie walked in and said the actress never showed and they need a nude woman for the scene, so would she want to do it. She said sure. Next thing she knew she was stark naked surrounded by guys as she played the wife stuck on a toilet seat.
- GoofsIn the forced masturbation skit, the victim says he's "right in the middle of Interstate 39" when the viewer has just seen him drive across a one-lane bridge to a country road.
