I saw this film about a month ago, and I have to say it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The reason I seen it in the first place was because I found out that Justin Pierce (R.I.P) was in it, and I haven't seen any of his other films apart from Kids, and Next Friday. And as usual he gave a great performance, and so did the rest of the cast.
The story wasn't particularly good but the way the cast acted they made the film watchable. So I would suggest if you want a film that is fun and not to be taken that seriously, than choose this you might even like it.

It's a waste of time watching this movie. My brother actually gave me this film because he would throw it in the garbage if I didn't take it...
The movie itself is so badly written, unexciting story, and pathetic characters. The story is about two men who needs money fast and decide to blackmail a British business man. That's what they think, but of course this isn't the real truth. So the story evolves and the two blackmailers get in deeper and deeper trouble. I sat and watched the clock all the time throughout the entire movie. It's a terrible film that just isn't worth your time. Believe me!

This is a rather hard to find (not on video)film that fits somewhere in the Tarantino-type tradition of wild plot twists, explicit violence and psycho characters who outdo each other in their insanity and malevolence. There's also quite a bit of sick humor. After the first couple of minutes, I was ready to dismiss Blackmale as another low-budget, perhaps made-for-cable thriller, but it does have some originality and humor that makes it a cut above the standard genre flick. Many of the characters are actually entertaining and funny, if you can appreciate such humor. Still, it's hardly a great film and ends up being mainly an exercise in mindless violence.
I was fascinated by the subtitle on the cover "Ultra-violent stylish thriller" but in reality it was actually more a sad comedy than a thriller. The story begins with two friends who owe money and decide to blackmail a psychotic doctor for having crude sex, which they have on tape and it ends up with him blackmailing them. The movie contains scenes of rape and not for the faint-hearted. I would only recommend this movie to those who enjoy this kind of black humor, but by me if you wanted to watch an Independent movie Pi, or The Man Who Wasn't There would be a much better choice.
For the first 40 minutes this film was great, I was fully interested in the story of 2 hoodlums who, after being given only a day to pay off their loan shark - decide to blackmail (what they think to be) a very well off british business man.
Then as it goes on it turns a little ridiculous loses credibility and interest, although it was still watchable, if not gripping. Worth a watch if its on TV and you want to kill 90 mins.
