Thin

It's another of the baker's dozen of shorts that the Cabin Kids did for Educational Pictures between 1935 and 1938. They also appeared in three features as specialty acts. After that, they vanished from the record.

As usual, they sing a couple of numbers. Here, the movie is eked out with a story about their older sister wanting to get married, but she can't leave her mother without any support. So her fiance fools his friend into marrying the mother.

I'm not sure who performs which role. The cast list shows no character names, and there's no details like birth dates available. All I can be certain of is at least one of the players is in blackface.
