This idiotic porn movie is mind-numbing in its pointlessness. The word "butt" in the title is the keyword, making it one of innumerable "anal-only" VHS titles designed to rent on that name alone.
At one point Lois Ayres shows up in a bar with obscure but topheavy actress Gabriele, and they seduce Johnny Mercury after she tells him they are twin sisters. Their 3-way then has incest content, if we presume (A) she's truthful, and (B) they are the Butt Sisters of the title. The several movies in this series have different actresses just to confuse matters.
Sort of a plot has Nici Sterling buying a women's football team, the Twin City Starlets, and complaining a lot about this as a bad idea. We see girls, especially in a weight room where they can seduce John Decker, wearing Starlets jerseys but there is no sports action, just anal action. To keep Nici amused her real husband Wilde Oscar is there to f*ck her in the posterior, too.
IMDb lists Minneapolis as a location, but there is no evidence of that.
