It's porn, not an art film

Yes the story and the acting was bad, that's the main joke. I admit it's not a really funny joke, but the main point was to see people have sex, which you do. Sharon Kane in her long hair days is enough for me to watch footage of her doing laundry. There are some lines during the sex that actually are amusing. This is fine as a porno, just accept it for what it is. If you want your brain stimulated, go watch Shakespeare, this flick is aiming at an organ a bit lower down, and it hits the target just fine. It's also not the best porn ever made, but like I said, Sharon Kane before she cut her hair, a rare gem.

Pointless, stupid forerunner of recent "porn-parody" crap

As is described in IMDb's Trivia section, this is the Colbergs' companion piece to their "One Day at a Time" knock-off, the latter proving far more interesting. Even with a starry cast this one plays as generic porn, no better than a loop carrier.

Candida Royalle more or less knits the footage together by portraying a late-night TV host of "The Nightly Sex Show". Sharon Kane in an early incarnation plays lead Chrissie, later interchangeably with Sissy, this being so sloppy as to not even match its title. I didn't detect the intended satire or parody of "Three's Company".

Even the pose of this being a porn film we're watching on TV is poorly handled, with news breaks but without the humor or panache of those fun '70s drive-in movies like "The Groove Tube" and "The Boob Tube".

This parody of TV's Vivre à trois (1976) was filmed at the same time as Alan Colberg's L'amour chez les jeunes filles (1981), a parody of TV's Au fil des jours (1975). Virtually the same cast was used in both with Candida Royalle acting only in Sissy's but singing the title song in One Way.
