Like other T.V. shows for kids today...

It sucks!!! OK what we have here is a walking, talking tooth named Timmy who goes on these little adventures with a toothbrush for a dog named "BrushBrush (that's weak), and all of his lame friends. There's even a villain named the Cavity Goon who of course eats too much sweets! In my most positive point of view, this show has morals but you might not notice since the whole premise is dumb. It's just another dumb show for kids that so much people love to hate!

    Overall, this show sucks!!

    A fuzzy memory...

We had every single Timmy the Tooth tape. Yep, I kid you not. When we went to the dentist, our mom would actually bribe us with a brand new Timmy VHS if we behaved well for the good doctor. Sheesh, were we dumb kids or what?! Like I said before, this show is barely there in my mind now, so it's probably not my duty to critique it. It definitely was not as bizarre as Barney or the drugged-up Telletubbies, but it had some oddities. Like the premise. A talking tooth and his pet toothbrush go and find the Cavity Goon. Wow. Still, it reminded me of a sequence in the Rugrats where Tommy watches a video that's almost exactly like this show. There's the talking molar, eeeevil candy, and some really preachy lessons about dental care. There were a BUNCH of these things too. All of the videos standing next to each other probably took up all of the space in our entertainment cabinet. Needless to say, we grew out of them and sold them all at a garage sale. Sheesh, those dumb kids don't have any idea what's in store for them. Then again, my posse was also raised by Barney. Why couldn't we have had Sesame Street or He-Man and the Masters of the Universe? You baby boomers got all the cool stuff.
